Integrative Jungian Shadow Work

Shadow Work for Healing Grief & Trauma

Grief and trauma touch every layer of who we are — body, mind, and spirit. They shape how we see ourselves, how we connect, and how we protect what still feels tender. Healing isn’t about “getting over” loss or pain. It’s about learning to meet the parts of ourselves that were silenced, forgotten, or left behind — and allowing them to come home.

In shadow work, we gently explore what lies beneath the surface: the emotions, memories, and beliefs we’ve hidden in order to survive. These parts aren’t bad — they’re wounded, waiting to be witnessed and integrated. Through mindful awareness, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and somatic practices, we invite compassion into the places where shame, anger, and grief once lived.

As we bring light to the shadow, we begin to reclaim inner strength, authenticity, and peace. This process supports not only emotional healing but also spiritual transformation — a movement from surviving to living with renewed purpose and meaning.

Reclaiming the Parts of You That Were Left Behind From Trauma, Grief, Complex PTSD, Toxic Relationships, Childhood

There comes a time in every man and woman’s healing journey when the work must go deeper — beneath the surface of coping, beyond talking through the pain — to the places where old wounds, forgotten strengths, and hidden truths live.

Shadow work is the sacred process of bringing those unseen parts into the light.

Rooted in depth psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness, this approach creates a safe, compassionate space for you to explore the emotions, memories, and beliefs that have been shaping your life from the shadows.
